What is gamma exposure?
Option dealers hedge the positions they hold against traders, and gamma exposure measures how much they have to buy or sell as price moves. Where that hedging concentrates, price tends to react — those concentrations are the call wall, the put wall and the gamma flip.

How often are the levels updated?
The session map is published ahead of the US session. The session read — price, net GEX, regime, put/call open interest and implied volatility — keeps refreshing while the market is open, and the indicators pull the levels on their own, so nothing has to be recopied mid-session.

Do I need to install anything?
